Everyone on the Valley Drug team goes the extra mile in helping my family manage our prescription needs. I've dealt with the big national chains over the years and they need to take some lessons from Valley Drug on how to provide proper care and service. If we could give you 10 stars, we would! Thank you for providing a great service to our community!

Personalized and reliable service. If something happens to fall through the cracks, as it seems more frequent in medicine these days, you will have a real advocate working on your behalf to resolve any issues. We’ve had help with switching forms of medication for an intolerant child, getting RX refill responses from offices that are slow to respond and getting RX a bit early to accommodate a vacation. Bonus is the service is pleasant, if not downright joyful, and professional. Oh, and prices are competitive to lower than others in the business.

I asked our local community about switching pharmacies and Valley drug came HIGHLY recommended and so did cub. I switched from Walgreens and their wretched customer service. I called valley apprehensive to switch because of the amount of "work" it would be. Guess what! They were super polite on the phone, happy to help, and all I had to do was literally tell them what scripts I wanted switched and they would do the rest. it was seamless and they didn't have my 2 I needed to fill (the ones that walgreens said was ready and failed to have in stock or ordered). Valley Drug had to order it but had my meds within 24-48 hours. If you are in the same.boat as me and other poor victims to Walgreens demise, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND switching to VALLY DRUG. 100000000000000% recommend.

I had a misconception that those pharmacies located within hospitals or medical clinics weren't great. Well I was wrong. I gave this place a chance and was totally impressed. Super friendly staff, fast service and good prices. I learned they are a small independent family owned business. Such a nice change from the big box chain pharmacies. I will be back.

This place is amazing. The longest I’ve waited for a prescription is perhaps 45 seconds. They are always available to help with questions. The pharmacy is clean, the staff friendly; they will advocate for you if needed

Jim and the entire staff at Valley Drug are top notch. They are friendly, fast, professional, and truly get to know their customers - you feel like family. It feels great to get the very best service AND support a small business that feels like "this is MY pharmacy." Not a super chain. I literally get excited when I get to go in and pick up my meds because it's such a nice experience. It's rare to get this kind of service and attention anymore. Treat yourself and switch to this pharmacy, you will not regret it.

In a time when everything else seems so upside down in our world, going to Valley pharmacy seems to turn the world right side up. Every single staff member I encountered was kind, helpful and compassionate. They provided “old-school” customer service and go the extra step to help their customers - they far exceed any other pharmacy in the area!

This family-owned pharmacy is amazing. The only reason I originally went here was due to the fact that the existing Walgreens and CVS we frequented, were either closed every other day due to pharmacist shortages, or they didn’t have the medications in stock. I came to Valley Drug following an appointment at Stillwater Medical Group - and have never turned back. They always have our medicine in stock, they’re always prompt (even ad-hoc), and the folks working are all super nice. Is it the most convenient? No. Do you need to park and walk in? Sure. Do I get turned away every other refill due lack of medicine, or shortage of pharmacist labor? Never.
